Sump Pump Installation, Repair and Upgrades
Sump and Pump Installation, Repair & Maintenance, Langley BC
Our Sump and Pump Services
Whether you need a new system, a fix for a failing pump or a stronger setup for heavy rain, we tailor the solution to your property's soil and water flow.
Installation
We size and install the sump pit, pump, check valve and discharge line to code, connecting it to your perimeter drain tile so groundwater is collected and carried away from the foundation.
Repair
Pump not starting, running constantly, making noise or clogged? We diagnose float switches, check valves, discharge lines and motors, and fix or replace what has failed.
Upgrading
Replace an aging or undersized pump with a higher-capacity model, add a battery backup, or install a high-water alarm for protection during storms and power outages.
Groundwater Management & Sump Systems
Why a Working Sump Pump Matters
Most pumps last 7 to 10 years. A pump that fails during heavy rain can mean a flooded basement, damaged finishes and costly foundation problems. Regular inspection and timely upgrades keep your system ready when you need it most.
- Code-compliant installation tailored to your site
- Battery backup options for power outages
- Service for residential, strata and commercial properties

Sump Upgrades
Not every property was installed with a sump system!
There are a few reasons, but it often boils down to small changes over time. There may have been lower groundwater levels, the perimeter drain tile and gravity system were designed to sufficiently divert water on their own, or the age of the home predated our current sewer management practices.
If the landscape, environmental or neighbourhood conditions change, so does the needs of your system. These changes may account for a significant increase in the expected water levels, which quickly overwhelms a good system.
See an example of an original install we came across, where the sump pit was no longer removing water effectively and how we modernized it with additional outlets to upgrade the capacity
