Drain Line Installation
Water, Water Main, Sewer and Sanitary Lines Installed Right
Water Line Installations
Underground Lines Built to Last
Every property depends on buried lines to bring clean water in and carry wastewater out. New builds, renovations and failed older lines all call for correct pipe selection, depth, slope and bedding.
We install new lines and replace failing ones for homes, strata and commercial properties, with open trench or trenchless methods where site conditions allow. Each install is camera inspected and tested before backfill.
Types of Drain Lines We Install
Water Service Lines – Supply lines from the main to your building, sized for flow and pressure and installed below frost depth.
Water Mains – Larger supply lines for strata and commercial sites, including connections, valves and hydrant runs.
Sewer Lines – Gravity lines carrying wastewater to the municipal sewer, installed at the correct slope with cleanouts at key points.
Sanitary Lines – Interior-to-exterior sanitary drains and building connections, including inspection chambers and tie-ins to existing lines.
Storm Connections – Tie-ins from catch basins and perimeter drains to the storm sewer where required.
How We Install a Drain Line
A good install starts before shovels hit the ground. We locate utilities, plan the route and grade, and confirm the connection point with the municipal system.
Proper bedding and compaction protect the pipe from settling and root intrusion, and a final camera inspection confirms the work.
1. Locate Utilities, Plan Route and Slope
2. Excavate or Bore, Then Bed and Lay Pipe
3. Connect, Pressure Test or Camera Inspect
4. Backfill, Compact and Restore the Surface
