Perimeter Drain Tile

Understanding Your Home’s Perimeter Drainage System
You May Have One Or Several
Drain Tile Materials
Depending on when your home was built, you may have a variety of drainage system components working together to move water away from your home.
Understanding your system will inform you when problems arise.
You may have any combination of the following:
Clay tile, concrete tile, corrugated plastic and perforated PVC.
Not everything always needs to be replaced - it can be re-worked as needed
We install new and replace existing tile with PVC pipe for a durable system.
Corrugated
Widely used and very common, corrugated "big-o" pipe is a lightweight plastic that can flex around.
Over time, the pipe can become crushed, deformed or obstructed by thick sediment filling slits (seen above) or root intrusion.
Damage is particularly seen where installation conditions change or surrounding soil place increasing hydrostatic pressure.
Our design and installation methods are tested to protect against the highest volumes of water.
